We aim to send all orders from our showroom within 1 to 3 business days. All orders within New Zealand will be sent by Courier Post. These will be sent with a track and trace ID. This will be supplied to you once your item is sent. If you live in the main centres of NZ, you should expect to receive your package within 1 to 2 working days from the date your item is sent, rural addresses may take longer. We will deliver the products to the address that you have supplied to us at the time you make your purchase. Once the products have been delivered to the address supplied, the risk of damages is then yours.

Wedevents Ltd will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to circumstances out of our control, such as any problems with the carrier, or any force majeure event.

We aim to have all products delivered by the estimated date but cannot guarantee this. You agree that Wedevents Ltd will not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by a late delivery.

Your privacy is important to us. Wedevents Ltd will only use the information that you have given to us to process your order and for future marketing activity, in a lawful manner and in accordance with the Privacy Act. All email correspondence will have an opt-out option available at all times. We will not sell nor disclose your information to any third party, except in the instance of the carriers used to deliver the products.

We do not refund for change of mind purchases. We have a 7 day return and replace policy if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product. You must contact us within 7 calendar days after the package has been delivered. The dress must be returned in the original condition in which it was shipped, unworn and unaltered with all tags and labels attached. The shipping charge is not refundable and you must pay the return shipping. We will replace your product within the appropriate manufacturing timelines, which will be communicated with you.  We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of items caused in transit in return to us.

By ordering using the wedevents.co.nz website, you agree to supply the correct details needed to complete your order. We will not be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of products due to incorrect information given by you.

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.

We only accept payment by Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards. We accept eftpos and cash in the showroom only. 

You can request to check the information that we hold about you via email or other means of contact. We will change or delete any incorrect information within 10 working days. All information is secure.

The products shown on the website are also available for sale in the Wedevents showroom. In the event that the item has been sold prior to the website stock being updated, you will be notified by email or other means and a refund provided to you. However, we will not be responsible for any damage or losses that you may suffer if we fail to supply goods. We have attempted to display the goods on the site as accurately and fairly as possible but are subject to the available reproduction techniques.

All text, graphics, button icons, images, video clips, audio clips, and software (collectively, "Content"), belongs exclusively to Wedevents Ltd or its content suppliers. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content on this Site (the "Compilation") belong exclusively to Wedevents Ltd. All other logos, slogans, trade names or words are the property of Wedevents Ltd. The use of any of these without Wedevent’s express written consent is strictly prohibited.

We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods caused by you.

Custom made dresses take 30 days to manufacture and ship. Our suppliers aim for at least a 90% simlilarity to all pictures, and there will be styles they are unable to make.
